By using Xform Media, you agree to use our service fairly and responsibly. This means:

• Using the service for its intended purpose of image transformation
• Not attempting to circumvent usage limits or billing
• Not using the service for illegal content or activities
• Not abusing the service in ways that degrade performance for others

Xform Media is priced per site (source), not per organization. Each source you connect has its own transformation quota based on your selected plan.

• You are billed monthly for each active source
• Plans include a set number of transformations per month
• Additional sources can be added at any time
• Unused transformations do not roll over

Usage limits are enforced to ensure fair access for all users:

• Each plan has a monthly transformation limit per source
• We will notify you when approaching your limit
• When limits are reached, transformations may be paused until the next billing cycle
• You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase limits
• We do not charge surprise overage fees

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Ensure you have rights to the images you transform
• Not use the service to distribute harmful or illegal content
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
