Born from Real-World Frustration
XForm grew out of our own experience running a web agency. Project after project, we needed reliable image transformation - resizing, format conversion, optimization on the fly. The services that existed were powerful, but they came with price tags that simply didn't make sense for most of our clients.
The problem wasn't a lack of options. There are plenty of image transformation platforms out there, and many of them offer impressive feature sets. But their pricing models are built for enterprise-scale operations, often structured around supporting multiple sources and origins that most small and medium businesses will never need. For an SME running a single site, you end up paying for complexity you're not using.
We kept running into the same dilemma: recommend an expensive service that eats into a client's budget, or cobble together a DIY solution that doesn't scale. Neither felt right.

So we decided to build something better - a service designed from the ground up for small and medium businesses, with pricing that reflects what they actually need.

With XForm, agencies can run multiple sites or sources under one plan. And when a client is ready to take ownership, transferring a source to their own organization is seamless. No migrations, no headaches - just a clean handoff.
